Directions & Map

The Moravian Archives is located at 41 West Locust Street in Bethlehem, on the north campus of Moravian College, across the street from the Moravian Theological Seminary.

Please note that there is also an East Locust Street in Bethlehem. West Locust Street and East Locust Street are not connected.

There is parking behind the Archives building. Please ask our staff for a parking pass upon your arrival.

From the north

I-81 South to I-380 South to I-80 east. Take exit 302 A off I-80 onto Route 33 south. Follow Route 33 to Route 22 west into Bethlehem. From here, see directions from Route 22 below.

From the south

Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-476 North) to Lehigh Valley exit 56. Follow 22 East to Center Street (Route 512). From here, see directions from Route 22 below.

From the east

I-78 west to exit 71; Route 33 North to 22 west; west on Route 22 into Bethlehem. To continue, see directions from Route 22 below. Or take 80 West to exit 304. Follow Route 33 South to Route 22 West in Bethlehem. From here, see directions from Route 22 below.

From the west

I-78 East to exit 51; Route 22 East into Bethlehem. From here, see directions from Route 22 below.

From Route 22

Exit at Center Street (Route 512); turn left off the exit ramp. Travel south for 2.4 miles and turn right onto Elizabeth Avenue at traffic light. Turn left onto Main Street; turn left at the next corner onto W. Locust Street; turn right into the College parking lot; continue through the College parking lot to the Archives' parking lot, located behind the Archives' building. Do not forget to ask our staff for a parking pass.
